MAPLE PECAN PIE

INGREDIENTS

- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 unbaked pastry shell (9″)
PREPARATION

- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until smooth.
- Add syrup, butter, vanilla, salt and pecans.
- Pour into pie shell and bak for 40-45 minutes.
- Let cool and serve!
