INGREDIENTS

    • 3 eggs
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1 cup maple syrup
    • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1 cup pecan halves
    • 1 unbaked pastry shell (9″)

PREPARATION

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
    2. In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until smooth.
    3. Add syrup, butter, vanilla, salt and pecans.
    4. Pour into pie shell and bak for 40-45 minutes.
    5. Let cool and serve!
